Cashiering (Tyler Cashiering) - Resolve Unrecoverable Error (External)

How to resolve “Unrecoverable Error” in Tyler Cashiering

 

1.Open Cashiering and select “Edit” for the “Prod” environment.

 

 

2. On the Database row, delete the “_prod” so it only says “cashiering.”

 

 

3. After making the change, please select “Save

 

4. Please log in to the Tyler Cashiering “Prod” environment to verify that you are no longer receiving  the “Unrecoverable Error.”
