Original Notification (8/29/2025 8:00 AM): ITD has been informed that Enterprise Justice (Odyssey), the County's courts and justice application, is experiencing latency when navigating the system. ITD is working expeditiously with the vendor on a solution.

Update (8/31/2025 8:00 AM): The Enterprise Justice (Odyssey) latency issues reported on Friday, August 29, 2025, are still ongoing. ITD continues working with the vendor for a solution.

We appreciate your continued patience as this gets resolved.

How to request access OnCall

  • INTERNAL
    • For internal users, in order to gain access to OnCall Records. ITD requires the completion of a Security form signed by a supervisor or authorized requestor, a Non-Disclosure Agreement signed by employee, and a copy of of CJIS training completion certificate. If the employee does not have a CJIS account , they can reach out to Sheriff’s Office dispatch to have the account created.  ITD will then request approval from Sheriff’s Office and grant access upon approval.
  • EXTERNAL
    • For external users, in order to gain access to OnCall Records. ITD requires the completion of a Security form signed by a supervisor or authorized requestor and a Non-Disclosure Agreement signed by employee. External users will have an external network account and OnCall account created.
