- Initiate a Name Change
- ITD will process name changes submitted by the El Paso County Human Resources Department (HR) to ensure that the updated name is first changed in Munis.
- To initiate a name change, please contact HR to request one. They may require accompanying documentation.
- Requests may be emailed to [email protected] or by calling the HR office at (915) 273-3520.

- Once the name is changed in Munis, an HR representative will submit the request to ITD at [email protected] or by using the IT Support for County Employees Portal at https://elpaso.happyfox.com/home/.

- Network Username
- Email Address (previous email address will be added as an alias for a period of time)
- One Meeting (formerly Novus Agenda)
- Odyssey Username
- NeoGov (administered by HR)
- Secure Gate Applications
- Workforce Central (formerly UKG)
- Happy Fox
- Munis (administered by the Auditor’s Office)
- How long does it take?
- 5 working days from receipt
- Requires the employee to be logged out of the machine for at least one hour once the process begins to avoid data corruption.
