Name Change Process

  1. Initiate a Name Change
  • ITD will process name changes submitted by the El Paso County Human Resources Department (HR) to ensure that the updated name is first changed in Munis. 
  • To initiate a name change, please contact HR to request one. They may require accompanying documentation. 
  • Requests may be emailed to [email protected] or by calling the HR office at  (915) 273-3520.

  • Network Username
  • Email Address (previous email address will be added as an alias for a period of time)
  • One Meeting (formerly Novus Agenda)
  • Odyssey Username
  • NeoGov (administered by HR)
  • Secure Gate Applications
  • Workforce Central (formerly UKG)
  • Happy Fox
  • Munis (administered by the Auditor’s Office)

 

  1. How long does it take?
  • 5 working days from receipt
  • Requires the employee to be logged out of the machine for at least one hour once the process begins to avoid data corruption.
