Multi-Factor Authentication for County VPN

If you have not yet enrolled in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) please visit this article to enroll in MFA.

1. To access VPN, select "Search" in your task bar and type "Cisco Secure Client". (If you do not have Cisco Secure Client click here)
 

 

 

2. Click "Connect". (If you do not see EPCOUNTYTX VPN please click here)

 

 

 

3. Enter your County email and click "Next".

 

 

 

4. Enter your password and click "Next".

 

 

 

5. Open your Microsoft Authenticator App and type the number that shows on your computer.

**Select "I can't use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now" for other sign in options setup in MFA.**

 

 

 

6. You will be prompted to select if you would like to stay signed in, make your selection to continue.

 

 

 

7. On the lower left hand side of your screen you will get a notification stating you are connected to MFA.

 

8. Once you are done with your session select "Disconnect".
