Please navigate to www.office.com and click on "Sign in"

This will take you to another prompt to login, please click on "Can’t access your account"

Click on "Work or School account"

Enter your email address and the code shown then click "Next"

Choose the option that suits your needs and click "Next"

At this point, you will either be prompted to change your password or your account unlocked.

This process works for all County Employees.
