   1. Click on OnCall Login

 

   2. Enter your username (typically it is your agency/department and then badge# assigned to you - example: SO0123)

 

   3. Enter the temporary password above

 

       

 

   4. In the new window enter the temporary password above in the Current Password field

 

   5. Create a new password and enter it twice to confirm your entry and click on Reset Password

 

       

 

   6. Your password is accepted if the webpage reloads to the main menu

 

       

 

       8. Enter your UserID and new password and click on Login.
