Unlock Microsoft Account

Open a browser and enter the Microsoft Office Account link:  https://www.office.com/

Click on Sign In

Click on Can’t access your account?

Select Work or School Account when asked which type of account you need help with.

Enter your County email address, then enter the characters on the screen.

Select I know my password, but I still can’t sign in.

Select the preferred contact method, then enter your phone number or email address.

Open your text messages or email account to obtain the code Microsoft sent.

The account is successfully unlocked.  You may proceed to sign in by clicking on the link.

Reset Microsoft Password

Open a browser and enter the Microsoft Office Account link:  https://www.office.com/

Click on Sign In

Click on Can’t access your account?

Select Work or School Account when asked which type of account you need help with.

Enter your County email address, then enter the characters on the screen.

Select I forgot my password.

Select the preferred contact method, then enter your phone number or email address.

Open your text messages or email account to obtain the code Microsoft sent.

Enter your new password, confirm a second time, and click finish. The password will be successfully changed.
