Original Notification (8/29/2025 8:00 AM): ITD has been informed that Enterprise Justice (Odyssey), the County's courts and justice application, is experiencing latency when navigating the system. ITD is working expeditiously with the vendor on a solution.

Update (8/31/2025 8:00 AM): The Enterprise Justice (Odyssey) latency issues reported on Friday, August 29, 2025, are still ongoing. ITD continues working with the vendor for a solution.

How to view paycheck

  1. Go to Employee Self Service at https://munisselfservice- epcountytx.msappproxy.net/ess/

Click “Log In” and enter your Username and Password

To log in for the first time, please use the following credentials.

 

Username: County Network Username (example: ge.ruiz)

Password: Last four digits of your Social Security Number

 

    • You will be prompted to change your password during the initial login.
    • If you encounter any issues logging into ESS please send an email to [email protected]

 

Once successfully logged in, it will show as below.
