ITD has been informed that Enterprise Justice (Odyssey), the County's courts and justice application, is experiencing latency when navigating the system. ITD is working expeditiously with the vendor on a solution.

Update (9/12/2025 10:00 AM) 
The vendor has performed troubleshooting to help improve system performance, which has resulted in an overall improvement in Enterprise Justice's performance. However, users may still experience issues occasionally. 

We appreciate your continued patience as this gets resolved.

Connect to each job server and launch Registry Editor as an administrator. In Registry Editor, expand items to reach the following path:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\The Software Group\Meridian\Job Processing\Tasks\TYLTaskNotifyEmail\TXELPASOPROD2017

 
Next you will need to update the SMTPServer key by double-clicking it and modifying.
After Registry Editor is updated, launch Services and restart the Odyssey Job Service. Odyssey jobs containing emails should now complete successfully.
