Original Notification (8/29/2025 8:00 AM): ITD has been informed that Enterprise Justice (Odyssey), the County's courts and justice application, is experiencing latency when navigating the system. ITD is working expeditiously with the vendor on a solution.

Update (8/31/2025 8:00 AM): The Enterprise Justice (Odyssey) latency issues reported on Friday, August 29, 2025, are still ongoing. ITD continues working with the vendor for a solution.

We appreciate your continued patience as this gets resolved.

Connect to each job server and launch Registry Editor as an administrator. In Registry Editor, expand items to reach the following path:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\The Software Group\Meridian\Job Processing\Tasks\TYLTaskNotifyEmail\TXELPASOPROD2017

 
Next you will need to update the SMTPServer key by double-clicking it and modifying.
After Registry Editor is updated, launch Services and restart the Odyssey Job Service. Odyssey jobs containing emails should now complete successfully.
