Original Notification (8/29/2025 8:00 AM): ITD has been informed that Enterprise Justice (Odyssey), the County's courts and justice application, is experiencing latency when navigating the system. ITD is working expeditiously with the vendor on a solution.

Update (8/31/2025 8:00 AM): The Enterprise Justice (Odyssey) latency issues reported on Friday, August 29, 2025, are still ongoing. ITD continues working with the vendor for a solution.

For new users and/or new computers the following process will switch Enterprise Justice Realms

First Open Enterprise Justice

In the top left you will see 3 rings along with Select Partition

Click either Select Partition or the three Rings, you will now see the listing of Odyssey Realms

Click the Realm you wish to access

Please Note:

Stage2017 and Test 2017 are the testing Realms

Prod2017 is the Live Data Realm

Once you click the Realm you will see it appear

You will now be able to log into the selected Realm.
