Intranet Applications – Unable to Launch Application
-The message above might be a result of not using a compatible internet browser to launch some applications
-Another indication of an incompatible browser is if you get the message below in http://intranet/applications.htm
-Desktop applications such as TrackNet+, Inventory Manager, etc will not be able to launch if you receive the “Unsupported Browser Detected” warning
-Please use Microsoft Edge browser

SecureGate Password Reset
- https://apps.epcounty.com/securegate/
- Click “Forgot Password”
- Enter your SecureGate username and click “Reset Password”
- An email will be sent to your email address on record containing a new password
- Login to SecureGate using your SecureGate username and new password
- (Optional) After logging in, you can your change password using the “Change Password” link located in the upper menu
CasePortal Access
-Users needing access as roles DefenseAttorney, PublicDefender, DAProsecutor/CAProsecutor, and DAClerk/CAClerk must register using the DA's enrollment system: https://www.epcounty.com/da/caseportal.htm.

IMPORTANT: ITD will NEVER give access to this application, for any reason whatsoever, to any DEFENSE ATTORNEYS or PUBLIC DEFENDERS.
-Navigate to the DA’s enrollment page
-Gather information needed to register as stated above
-Click on “Get Registration Code” and click appropriate link
-After DA’s Office reviews and approves your code request, you will receive your registration code.
-Once you get your registration code proceed to “Ready to Register” and click on “Click to register”.
You will need your bar number and registration code to register.
