Enterprise Justice – Job Schedules

When creating a Job Schedule, prepare the job parameters that are going to run. Please remember to use date shortcuts for the Date Range so the dates will automatically change as needed (Date Shortcut List is at the bottom of the Document).

Please note: all fields in blue are required.

Click Schedule on the bottom right of the workspace.

To run a scheduled report, click the circular arrow in the dialog box.

You can now choose a scheduled frequency for the job based on various parameters.

Enter a start time for the job. You have the option to also choose to run it daily, weekly, monthly, etc. Please Note: Start Date is required, end date is optional, leave the bottom as default then click Save.

You will receive the same dialog box from the previous example. Enter the desired information and click Finish. The job is now scheduled on a regular basis.

Once the job is scheduled, and if changes need to be made, to the job parameters or emails, click Menu Search and search for Job Schedules.

Click Job Schedules.

Now click User picker in the top right, search for your name.

Type your name into the fields and click Search.

Check your name and click Continue.

Now, in the top left, click the Job Definition Drop down and choose All Job Definitions.

Find and click your report.

Click Open the Series.

Click View Parameters.

Click the “?” next to “This will run a report in a Job” to edit the report parameters.

Click Continue when done.
