Enterprise Justice – New Odyssey Installation and M365 Configuration

 

Have the user log into the pc

 

Install Enterprise Justice (Odyssey) (Do not launch Enterprise Justice yet!) Installation site: 10.210.13.100/Install Catalog Server: OP-P-ODY-APPS

Select Next:

Enter Catalog Server : OP-P-ODY-APPS and select Next

Install     

Finish    

   

After Enterprise Justice (Odyssey) installs, open a word document to verify that no further Microsoft account prompts display, click account on the bottom left, now click Update Options, click Update Now, Prompt should state that word is up to date, close Word. return to the Desktop

 

Right Click the Odyssey Navigator Shortcut, Run Enterprise Justice (Odyssey) as Administrator, Prompt will display to enter administrative credentials      

         

Have the user log into Enterprise Justice (Odyssey)      

S.O ONLY, log in as the user, run Jail Roster, Uncheck Auto Refresh

At the top right corner of Enterprise Justice (Odyssey), select the gear icon

 

 

Set Location to TXELPASOPROD2017 click save

 

Close Enterprise Justice (Odyssey)

Double click desktop icon and Re-Launch Enterprise Justice (Odyssey) as non-admin

 

 

Set Location again to TXELPASOPROD2017 click save.

 

Find a case, click forms button at bottom right

Select Print Preview

Select a form to test the word merge

A successful merge will display the document
