Temporary Internet and Enterprise Justice clear cache Procedure(s):
A. Browser
- Open Internet Explorer
- If the toolbar is not present, hit "Alt" to show the toolbar
- Tools > Internet Options
- Under Browsing History click "Delete..."
- Uncheck the box labeled "Preserve Favorites website data"
- Check only the box labeled "Temporary Internet files and website files"
- Click "Delete" at the bottom
- Click OK to close the Internet Options dialogue and complete the process
- Reboot the PC then try logging into Odyssey Assistant again.
Regedit: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Tyler
Technologies\Odyssey\TXELPASOPROD2017
- Parent folder - TXELPASOPROD2017 right click on CacheVersion and Delete
- C: AppData delete cache folder (example: C:\Users\maserrano\AppData\Local\Tyler Technologies
- Restart pc
- Force Enterprise Justice Updates
