Accessing Office.com

  1. From your computer system, locate the “Google Chrome” or “Microsoft Edge” browsers and launch it by double-clicking on its icon.
  2. Then, in the address bar, type: https://www.office.com to navigate to Microsoft’s 365 portal.


3. Once landed on the office.com portal, click on the “Sign in” button.
    

  1. Type username followed by @epcounty.com
     Then, click on the “Next button” to continue.

     
  1. Click on “Work or school account”.

 

  1.  Type your password to sign in.

 

  1. If prompted to authenticate by Microsoft’s Multi-factor authentication, likely your connection to https://www.office.com falls outside El Paso’s County network.  Provide the code given to you by the Microsoft Authenticator application.
     
  2. Once logged in, launch Outlook by clicking the icon.  This is Outlook's web version and preferred method for accessing the County of El Paso e-mail.

 

  1. Access more apps by clicking on the menu. Then, click on the app you desire to access such as UKG, HappyFox, and others.
