- Click on the following link https://iforgot.epcounty.com to reach the El Paso County Active Directory Self Service (ADSS) webpage
2. Type in your network username and press tab on keyboard
3. If you are a new employee type in the temporary password assigned to you, press tab on keyboard
4. Type in the captcha (green characters in the field above the Login button)
5. Click on Login
6. In the "Old Password" field enter your temporary password.
7. Create a new password using the password requirements below. Enter it twice, once in the "New Password" field, then again in the "Confirm New Password" field, click on Change Password
8. If successful you will receive this, and then click on “Click here to continue”
- Which will take you to the process of enrolling into ADSS
10. Click on Click Here
11. You will need to choose two questions from the drop down fields and answer each twice
12. Write two of your own questions and answer each twice.
13. When done, click on “Enroll” or "Next" at the bottom of the screen
