Original Notification (8/29/2025 8:00 AM): ITD has been informed that Enterprise Justice (Odyssey), the County's courts and justice application, is experiencing latency when navigating the system. ITD is working expeditiously with the vendor on a solution.

Update (8/31/2025 8:00 AM): The Enterprise Justice (Odyssey) latency issues reported on Friday, August 29, 2025, are still ongoing. ITD continues working with the vendor for a solution.

OnCall Records - How to run Reports (External)

OnCall Records (WebRMS) Running Reports

When running certain reports (datasheets) users might be prompted to enter a username and password. Please see the instructions below on how to enter this information.

 

If using Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge

1. Select the parameters for the report

 

2. Click Submit, a Window Security window will pop-up asking for a username and password

 

3. Enter the following credentials and click OK

    • User name: eprms\report
    • Password: R3p0rt2020! (zero not letters)
    • Check “Remember my credentials”

 

4. Report will display

 

If using Chrome or Firefox

1. Select the parameters for the report

 

2. Click Submit, a Window Security window will pop-up asking for a username and password

 

 

3. Enter the following credentials and click Sign in

    • Username: report
    • Password: R3p0rt2020! (zero not letters)

 

4. Report will display
