This article will show you how to accept a Shared Calendar Invite through Outlook.com

First open up a browser and go to Outlook.com or click on this link.  You will be presented with a page similar to the one below.  Click on the "Sign In" button on the top left to sign in.

After clicking on the "Sign In" button on the top left, follow the prompts to sign into your Outlook.  The email and password will be the same as the ones you use to log into your computer at work.  For example, if your username to log into work is NCredible, then your email will be [email protected] on this page.  Follow the prompts to log into your outlook online.

Once you are logged in you should see the Outlook client like the one below.

We have removed all other emails for this demonstration, but you will have to look for the Public Defender Calendar Sync email that was sent to your inbox. Click to open the Public Defender Calendar Sync email, it should look like the one below.  For this demonstration we are sharing Brianda Malagon (BPM) calendar.  Make sure to click the "Accept" button in order to accept the Shared Calendar.

Once the calendar is accepted, you will see the "Accept" button change to "View calendar".  You can click on this button to view your calendars or click on the calendar icon on the top left of the screen.

You have now successfully completed accepting this shared calendar.  You can now see the events of that calendar in your outlook.  Close and open your outlook on your desktop if it is not updating automatically.
