1. Click on the following link https://iforgot.epcounty.com to reach the El Paso County Active Directory Self Service (ADSS) web page. 

       

 

   2. Type in your network username and password. 

 

        

 

   3. Type in the Captcha (green characters) in the field that shows "type the"

 

     

   4. Click on Login

 

        

   5. This will allow you to click on "Click Here" to begin the process of enrolling in ADSS 

 

       

 

   6. You will need to choose two questions from the drop down fields and answer each twice

 

       

 

   7. Write two of your own questions and answer each twice.

   8. When done, click on “Enroll” or "Next" at the bottom of the screen
