Original Notification (8/29/2025 8:00 AM): ITD has been informed that Enterprise Justice (Odyssey), the County's courts and justice application, is experiencing latency when navigating the system. ITD is working expeditiously with the vendor on a solution.

Update (8/31/2025 8:00 AM): The Enterprise Justice (Odyssey) latency issues reported on Friday, August 29, 2025, are still ongoing. ITD continues working with the vendor for a solution.

El Paso County Information Technology Department offers a web based portal where employees can access County applications from any browser.

 

   1. After connecting your laptop to your wifi, you will need to go to https://epcremote.epcounty.com where you will see this page:

 

 

 

   2. In the username field, you will need to enter the domain\username: Co.el-paso.tx\ja.martin or if you are on the NEW Domain: epcountytx\ja.martin and your password is your normal network password.

 


 

   3. After logging in, you will see your dashboard.

 

 

   4. From this page, you can launch different applications. You will only need to click on the icon ONCE and you’ll be prompted for credentials.

 

 

  1. After clicking on “Connect” you may be asked to enter your credentials again.

You will only need to enter your regular username and password. Should the credentials be rejected, try entering in the domain again in front of your username (Co.el-paso.tx\alruiz).

 

  1. If you would like to access your department’s common drive, or your home drive, you can access it by clicking on “My Computer

 

 

  1. You should see your drives at the bottom of the left hand menu, and you can navigate as usual.
