Original Notification (8/29/2025 8:00 AM): ITD has been informed that Enterprise Justice (Odyssey), the County's courts and justice application, is experiencing latency when navigating the system. ITD is working expeditiously with the vendor on a solution.

Update (8/31/2025 8:00 AM): The Enterprise Justice (Odyssey) latency issues reported on Friday, August 29, 2025, are still ongoing. ITD continues working with the vendor for a solution.

We appreciate your continued patience as this gets resolved.

  1. Mouse on top of the start icon (typically at the bottom left of your screen)

 

 

  1. Right click your mouse and a menu will show like the one below.

 

 

  1. Click on System

 

  1. The "About" window will open. Under Device specifications you will see your Device Name.
